What we’ll need from you
- Your selected items and quantities (we currently offer trading cards, poker chips, stickers, greeting cards, photo enlargements, and posters).

- A chosen style for your products – or we can put together a custom design. (Click here to see the gallery of available style options).
- *Any style template can be applied to trading cards, poker chips, stickers, greeting cards, or enlargements. We are unable to print items that have been designed by AI or by a third party.
- Info for the back of the card (stats, bio of your K9, social media handles, agency logo/shield, agency address, etc.)
- *Stickers and poker chips can only fit a small amount of text.

How to Start an Order
Our order form is easy to use and will ask you for all the necessary info to begin your order. There is also an upload field where you can attach photos of your partner.

Ways to Save Money
Consolidated Shipping
This is the biggest cost saving option. Our products have assorted flat-rate shipping prices, based on weight. When multiple sets of the same type of product are shipped to the same address at the same time, you only pay shipping for the first box.
Example: A box of trading cards costs $30 to ship. If you are ordering a set of cards, each, for 5 K9s and they all ship to the same address at the same time, you only pay shipping on the first box. This comes out to $30, instead of $150.
For agencies or training groups with multiple K9s, this can be a huge savings.
Reorder
If you are ordering a reprint of any of our products, you will get a $40 discount on each set you reorder.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This discount only applies to direct reprints with no changes to the design/image/info/graphics. If there are any changes made to the original design, the print files and printing plates must be recreated for us to print the new order. In that case, the discount will not be applicable.
Packages
Our packages feature collections of our most common products and quantities. With packages already including shipping, savings can be substantial, in comparison to ordering individual items.
Example: Our “Fundraising Package – Single Style” has a savings of $110.00, when compared to ordering individual items.

What’s the first step?
Our order form will walk you through all the questions we’ll need to complete your order. Please fill out the order form and we will review your order submission. If we have questions or need additional info, we’ll drop you a line. Once we have all the necessary info and image files to complete your order, we’ll send a digital order purchase link to begin the design process.
Will I be able to review the designs before they are sent to print?
Absolutely. To ensure that all information is correct and that you are happy with the finished design, we require a “print approval” email before an order is sent to production. Once your order is submitted and balance is paid, you will receive digital proofs in about 6 or 7 business days. Custom designs may require an additional few days.
Do I design my own card?
When it comes to custom styles, all our products are designed by our team, in-house. We work with you to create a design that showcases the scene/feel/concepts you’d like included. We are not able to produce items that have been designed by AI or by a third party.
What is the average turnaround time?
From the time your order is confirmed and sent to print, cards and stickers usually ship within 5 or 6 business days. Ceramic chips will take 2 weeks to print before the ship. However, each order requires a photo, a style to be applied, and a bio written for the back (applies to cards only). The total timeframe to fulfill an order can vary, depending on these factors and department approval (when applicable).
How do I pay for my items?
Once your order has been submitted, we will review the provided info, order, photos, etc. Once we have the necessary files and info to complete your order, we will email you a digital purchase link. We use the PayPal interface to process payments but you will not need to have an account (It is simply a way to process card purchases). Once your balance is paid, you will receive digital proofs within 6-7 business days. Custom designs may require an additional few days.
Can I get a sample pack of your products?
Yup! Click here to message us through our contact page and let us know your mailing address and agency name. We’ll send out a selection of cards, stickers and chips for you to check out. If you’re part of a multi-agency training group, please let us know and we’ll send some extra items for your neighboring agencies.
Do you provide refunds?
Once your items have been printed and shipped, we are unable to provide refunds for any orders. In the event there is a printing or shipping issue, we will work to rectify/reprint your order as soon as possible. Should you choose to cancel your order before final approval, we will only be able to refund the cost of expenses and shipping. Once design has begun on an order, we are unable to refund the cost of the design time (this amount of time will vary, depending on the order).
