You’re here to snag some K9 Hero Swag for your 4-legged partner and we’re here to help step-up their celebrity game. Read on to learn how the process works and how we craft mini-movie posters for your furry superstar.


What we’ll need from you

  • Your selected items and quantities (we currently offer trading cards, poker chips, stickers, greeting cards, photo enlargements, and posters).
  • A photo of your K9 (Click here to see our easy-to-follow photo guide).
  • A chosen style for your products – or we can put together a custom design. (Click here to see the gallery of available style options).
    • *Any style template can be applied to trading cards, poker chips, stickers, greeting cards, or enlargements.
    • *If you are ordering multiple types of products, we recommend choosing a different style for each product type.
  • Info for the back of the card (stats, bio of your K9, social media handles, agency logo/shield, agency address, etc.)
    • *Stickers and poker chips can only fit a small amount of text.
    • *If you’re looking for ideas for the back of your K9 Hero Cards, click here to check out our style options page. Every card in the gallery was created for an active working K9 – a great way to see what other handlers have included!
  • Shipping and Contact Info (We are unable to ship to PO Boxes)

How to start an order

Our order form is easy to use and will ask you for all the necessary info to begin your order. There is also an upload field where you can attach photos of your partner.

FAQ

We pride ourselves on customer service. Whenever possible, we always like to connect with to explain the process and ensure we're delivering a product you and your community will be excited about. Please fill out the order form and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
Absolutely. To ensure that all information is correct and that you are happy with the finished design, we require a "print approval" email before an order is sent to production. Once your order is submitted and balance is paid, you will receive digital proofs with 5 business days. Custom designs may require an additional few days.
From the time your order is confirmed and sent to print, cards and stickers usually ship within 5 or 6 business days. Ceramic chips usually ship in about 2 weeks. However, each order requires a photo, a style to be applied, and a bio written for the back (applies to cards only). The total timeframe to fulfill an order can vary, depending on these factors and department approval (when applicable).
Once your order has been submitted, we will review the provided info, order, photos, etc. Once we have the necessary files and info to complete your order we will email you a digital purchase link. We use the PayPal interface to process payments but you will not need to have an account (It is simply a way to process card purchases). Once your balance is paid, you will receive digital proofs with 5 business days. Custom designs may require an additional few days.
Bulk orders qualify for "consolidated shipping." That means when you order multiple sets of the same product type and all sets are shipped at the same time to the same address, there is only one shipping charge. This can be a substantial savings. (Example: If 10 sets of K9 Hero Trading Cards are ordered and shipped to the same address at the same time, there is only a single shipping charge of $30.00 and the order would receive a total savings of $270.00.) In the event your department or training group would like to order multiple sets of cards, we would be happy to put together a customized bulk order quote. Please email us at Info@K9HeroCards.com.
Yup! Click here to message us through our contact page and let us know your mailing address and agency name. We'll send out a selection of cards, stickers and chips for you to check out. If you're part of a multi-agency training group, please let us know and we'll send some extra items for your neighboring agencies.
Once your items have been printed and shipped, we are unable to provide refunds for any orders. In the event there is a printing or shipping issue, we will work to rectify/reprint your order as soon as possible. Should you choose to cancel your order before final approval, we will only be able to refund the cost of expenses and shipping. Once design has begun on an order, we are unable to refund the cost of the design time (this amount of time will vary, depending on the order).
